Our harvest the other day. T. loves carrots. This variety is called Dragon and is red outside and yellow-orange inside. They are so yummy and sweet. We are also loving mushrooms these days, I have taken on growing mushrooms as a new hobby. These are oyster mushrooms grown in used coffee grounds. T. loves helping me spray the mushrooms every day and he loves to help eat them of course.
